Our role is to provide expertise and strategic insight — ultimate business decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
BK Global Consult cannot be held liable for actions or outcomes resulting from the implementation of our recommendations.

4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during consultations and projects.
Data and insights exchanged are used exclusively for the purpose of providing services to the client.
No client information will be disclosed, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written consent.

5. Intellectual Property
All reports, frameworks, presentations, and deliverables produced by BK Global Consult remain the intellectual property of the firm unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
Clients receive usage rights limited to the scope of the agreed project.

6. Fees, Payments, and Expenses
All consulting fees are determined according to project scope and confirmed in writing.
Travel (business class) and accommodation related to project delivery may be included in the package pricing.
Invoices are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to meet payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability
BK Global Consult will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from service engagement.
Our responsibility is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the individual project contract.
All completed deliverables up to the termination date remain billable.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
In case of disputes, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
