Every new chapter begins long before it’s written.

Mine started at the age of 13, when I entered one of Belgium's leading hotel schools. A five-year journey that shaped my discipline, mindset and understanding of true hospitality.

At 18, I moved abroad and became Maître d’Hôtel in a respected gastronomic restaurant on the Spanish coast.Managing high-end service at such a young age, far from home, taught me resilience, leadership and precision.

At 21, I founded my first restaurant.It was the beginning of more than a decade spent building, operating and refining businesses across Europe:gastronomic restaurants, art galleries, nightlife concepts, wellness ventures and high-end fashion boutiques.

Nothing I learned came from theory.Everything came from real ownership, real pressure and real results.

Through successes and challenges, one truth became clear:
